As the growing Global War between the various factions of the United States and Israel continue, and as evidenced by yesterday’s terrorists attacks on London, the greater concern among Russian Military Authorities has centered upon the Atlantic Ocean Region where yet another massive hurricane storm is forming and has prompted an emergency evacuation of all Russian Naval Vessels to immediately leave this most troubled area.

The United States National Hurricane Service has issued their first Special Notice on this new hurricane storm, and as we can read from their report,  "SPECIAL TROPICAL DISTURBANCE STATEMENT NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 227 PM EDT THU JUL 21 2005A SHIP IN THE VICINITY OF THE STRONG TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED JUST EAST OF THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS HAS RECENTLY ESTIMATED WINDS TO TROPICAL STORM FORCE.  SATELLITE IMAGERY AND RADAR DATA FROM THE BAHAMAS INDICATE THIS SYSTEM HAS CONTINUED TO BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED TODAY."  

This new massive storm continues the record setting pace of these Atlantic Ocean storms, and as we can read as reported by the American PR Newswire News Service, "Already, this year's Atlantic hurricane season, which occurs from June 1 to November 30, has produced five named storms. It's the first time since record-keeping began in 1851 that the Atlantic hurricane season has produced even four named storms this early, says the hurricane center's lead forecaster, Martin Nelson."

Not just to the record numbers of these storms that have been forming have the records been broken, but also to their severity, and as we can read as reported by the CBC News Service in their article titled "Emily strengthens as it threatens Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Yucatan Peninsula" and which says, "Emily's winds strengthened Saturday afternoon to near 250 kilometres per hour and it could at times become a Category 5 hurricane - the strongest storm on the Saffir-Simpson scale once sustained winds more than 250 km/h, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami. Meteorologist Dave Roberts said it was the strongest storm to form this early in the Atlantic season since record-keeping began in 1860."

But not just to this Atlantic Ocean Region, but to the entire world’s weather systems has total chaos been unleashed, and as we had previously reported on in our February 25, 2005 report titled "New Series of Unknown Energy Surges Begin Hitting Southern Hemisphere, Global Weather Patterns in Ruin", and wherein we had stated;

“Reports are being received by us today from the earths Southern Hemispheric Regions that another series of unknown energy surges have begun hitting our planet today.  In my December 22, 2004 report, “Unknown Energy Surges Continue to Hit Planet, Global Weather Systems in Chaos”, I had previously detailed the following:

“The first of these cosmic ray blasts occurred nearly 5 years ago and have been increasing in their frequency and intensity since the end of November. The once normally darkened skies of the Northern Hemispheres Arctic regions are now in twilight due to these blasts. Wayne Davidson, from the Canadian Government's weather station at Resolute Bay, located in the Arctic Circle, says about this mysterious lighting, "The entire horizon is raised like magic, like the hand of God is bringing it up.”

On December 1, 2004 the largest recorded blast sent not only shockwaves through the world scientific community but also through the Northern Hemisphere resulting in one of the largest weather events in recorded human history when 86,800 square miles of China was shrouded in fog, bringing transportation systems (especially air travel) to a virtual standstill throughout the country.”

The collapse of the worlds’ weather systems has indeed begun its collapse, and as we can see from just these headlines of the past few days alone: French Farmers Suffer as Record Drought Triggers Bug Invasion,  Power plants worried as heat wave warms Great Lakes,  Drought strains US Midwest residents,  Colorado State braves soaring heat and raging fires,  Fires kill 14 as winds blow across Spain, Record Drought Continues,  Drought sweeps all of Portugal, fires kill one, Heavy Rain Causes Earth Tremors in German Alps,  Typhoon Shuts Taiwan Markets, Businesses, Airports,  Europe: Floods in Austria, soaring temperatures in France, gales in Croatia, and Portugal's worst drought in more than a century,  Typhoon ‘Feria’ batters Batanes islands,  18 dead in smothering Arizona heat,  Millions face food shortages in Southern Africa, Rare Hailstones pelt Beijing Again,  Heatwave continues to hit China,  Scotland, 2005: Warmest, Wettest Since Records Began,  Heat Wave Pushing California Towards Energy Crunch.

Of major concern also about these massive new storms are their ability to cause earthquakes, and as we can read as reported by the New Scientist News Service in their article titled "Earth trembles as big winds move in" and which says, "When Hurricane Charley slammed into Florida in August 2004, physicist Randall Peters of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, had a seismometer ready to monitor any vibrations in the Earth's crust. He did so for over 36 hours as Charley travelled briefly over Florida, then slid back out into the Atlantic.

As the hurricane reached land, the seismometer recorded a series of "micro-tremors" from the Earth's crust. This happened again as the storm moved back out to sea. Then, as Charley grazed the continental shelf on its way out, it caused a sharp seismic spike. "I suspect the storm triggered a subterranean landslide," says Peters. More surprisingly, the storm also caused the Earth to vibrate. The planet's surface in the vicinity of the hurricane started moving up and down at several frequencies ranging from 0.9 to 3 millihertz. Such low-frequency vibrations have been detected following large earthquakes, but this is the first time a storm has been found to be the cause."

To the confirmation of these scientists warnings linking these massive storms and hurricanes there is no longer any doubt as evidenced by the July 20^th earthquake of 5.2 Magnitude occurring simultaneously with the devastating Typhoon Haitang that has left much death and destruction in both Taiwan and China.

The vast uncertainty created by the breakdown of our worlds weather systems have prompted much speculation among the Western peoples, and as we can see as evidenced by the British Heralds News Service article titled  "Bizarre season of heat, hail and floods" and which says, "Floods sweep Romania, hailstones the size of walnuts batter Switzerland, drought-stricken France dreads a plague of locusts, while Spain and Portugal are burning up. A vision of the start of the Apocalypse? No, just Europe's bizarre weather pattern over the past couple of days."

But more closely to the truth was this British writer by his use of the word Apocalypse, as if seen in its totality it is what our whole world is facing these days due our planets complete weather system breakdown.  Eerily coincidental with these events are the reports that the sounds of our world literally ripping apart have been heard by scientists, and as we can read as reported by the CNN News Service in their article titled "Quake sounds reveal Earth 'ripping apart" and which says;

"Scientists are gaining insight about December's devastating earthquake and tsunami from the actual sounds of the magnitude 9.3 quake in the Indian Ocean. "It's really quite an eerie sound to hear the Earth ripping apart like that. We hear it on smaller earthquakes quite frequently but something of this scale that goes on for eight minutes is very much unprecedented," said Maya Tolstoy, a marine geophysicist at Columbia University's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory."It really gave me the chills when I first heard it," she said."

To the final outcome of these massive global weather changes, and what kind of world we as human race will end up living in, perhaps a clue can be found by this most chilling of reports from the United States reported by the ZDNet News Service in their article titled "Former Bush official to get RFID tag" and which says;

"Tommy Thompson, the Health and Human Services Secretary in President Bush's first term and a former Governor of Wisconsin, is going to get tagged. Thompson has joined the board of Applied Digital, which owns VeriChip, the company that specializes in subcutaneous RFID tags for humans and pets. To help promote the concepts behind the technology, Thompson himself will get an RFID tag implanted under his skin."

As to when the Western peoples will awaken to these dangers we do not know, only to our continued efforts and prayers for them is our certainty today.
